Also it complains about running nc with both -l and -s options.

I'll try to correct the OP's code when I get time and post a working version on here.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16950010626128564631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2631429776292642259.post-33160529133247422982008-06-16T00:38:00.000+03:002008-06-16T00:38:00.000+03:00Hi thereI'm trying to achieve the same thing as yo...Hi there

I'm trying to achieve the same thing as you, but Basestation doesn't detect any aircraft and cu returns an error in terminal after a few seconds:

cu: End of file on terminal

Any ideas why it would do this? I was thinking of writing my own code to do the same on Linux, so that the remote server wouldn't need to run wine / X.Hessuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12550787353137508264noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2631429776292642259.post-51040950287542548382008-01-30T22:23:00.000+02:002008-01-30T22:23:00.000+02:00Cute... But ACARS wouldn't show as complete a picture as SBS-1 likely would.

Mark (N4CMB)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2631429776292642259.post-18904730244719094552008-01-30T10:29:00.000+02:002008-01-30T10:29:00.000+02:00Very nice job! In the end I bought the SBSnet adapter because I did not want to run a pc on top of our aerial mast. Did you try to run the sbsnetpro proxy software, so that more than one BaseStation can connect to the same receiver? BTW: If you want to access the SBS-1 from remote it is probably much better to connect to the socket from remote because the data rate is only around 30-40 kbytes/s which is much less then a remote desktop connection.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
